Returned home last night from Boston. Needless to say June 9, 2009 will be a day remembered...one that ended at Fenway Park watching the Sox beat the Yankees! It was an amazing day.
I received word yesterday to be prepared to arrive in Almaty, Kazakhstan on July 18, 2009! Holy Moley! So that means as of this writing, we would leave sometime around July 15th! We have a lot to do in the meantime. This too is variable. Could be earlier by a few days or later. We won't have an 'official' date until about 7-10 days prior! Isn't that something!
Our dossier basically needs to be re-done, as it needs to be 4-6 months old per the judges in Karaganda. That will keep me a little busy! We will tell the boys together tomorrow night...it will be interesting to see what their reaction is...especially since we have pictures. By the way...isn't she the cutest thing!?
The medicals were amazing and we both just sat and smiled at each other through the whole conference call.
So if you are reading this, you have permission to be doing so. We have made our blog 'by permission' only for various reasons that have been recommended to us. So hello! Please keep our little girl in your prayers...as I have shared, there remains the possibility that we could loose the referral. Reasons are too many to delineate. Slight risk - about 5% are lost. So she isn't our little girl until the day the judge says so! Postings will be more regular now you can bet.
